LUTBELSCOTTI is comprised of 3 compound elements: LUT, which is mysterious, BELS, which is the Iberian word for "black", and the suffix -KOTE, which is a compound of -KO and -TE.
The second element in LUTBELSAR resembles SANIBELSER of the Ascoli Bronze Plate: SANI = "relative, sibling", BELS = "black", -ER is possibly the masculine suffix.
ILTUN, or ILDUN, is misleading. The -LD- here is how the East Iberian Script represented the lateral fricative, which has drifted to -L- in Basque. (Locals carried this convention into the Roman script, but only in inscriptions - which were written by locals.)
